The great thing about the SPINODYSSEY is that it gets you working out and motivated over many weeks or months. SPINODYSSEY gives you a reason to go to your local fitness club and get on the bike and into a safe, healthy routine.
SPINODYSSEY might even be your introduction to indoor cycling and the incentive to try an exciting new fitness program!
Or it might be a way to increase your fitness and your visits to the gym.
To make sure you have a healthy and fun experience, contact your local fitness professional or email us to determine the best way to approach indoor cycling and preparing for SPINODYSSEY 2009!
For registered riders, several clubs and instructors will be offering free training sessions.
