As you already know by now, SPINODYSSEY is an indoor cycling event that spans over 6 hours where participants can ride on indoor bikes anywhere from one hour to six hours in a collaborated effort to raise money for Breast Cancer Research. Please join us on Sunday, March 1st 2009, in assisting with rider support and making this another triumphant year. As you can imagine, the riders will need a great deal of fluid and nutritional replenishment. As a volunteer you can assist handing out beverages, snacks, manning the registration desk, coat check or other countless (and invaluable) important roles. I hope you know that without volunteers, this event would not occur. This is actually a 100% volunteer-run event and YOU are a vital part of what makes SpinOdyssey possible!
